Role Overview
This is not a support role.
As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll own the student journey — from confusion to clarity, from effort to results.
Your job is to deeply understand where a student is stuck, and ensure they are able to fully leverage Lytmus to improve their outcomes.

What You’ll Do
* Engage with students & parents to understand real pain points
* Diagnose gaps in preparation (conceptual, strategic, behavioral)
* Guide users on how to use Lytmus effectively for better outcomes
* Drive product adoption and consistent usage
* Handle objections and convert uncertainty into clarity
* Act as the voice of the user → share insights with product & growth teams

What We’re Looking For
* 2–4 years in Customer Success / Student Counseling / EdTech roles
* Strong listening and problem-solving ability
* Clear and structured communication
* Ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable steps
* Ownership mindset — you take responsibility for user outcomes
* Comfort in handling difficult conversations with users
* Bonus: Experience working with students preparing for competitive exams like NEET / JEE
