π©βπΌ Customer Support Executive β Liquide (Startup | Work From Office)
We are a fast-growing fintech startup π, and weβre looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our users and play a key role in delivering a seamless and supportive customer experience.
π Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
π§© Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone calls to resolve queries
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate assistance ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Track, document, and maintain records of user issues & resolutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely problem resolution
- Escalate critical issues when required and follow up proactively
- Share insights and recurring issues to improve processes & product experience
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to support workflows & SLAs
(Note β Maximum experience: 1β3 years)

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1β3 years of experience in customer support / service / helpdesk
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first attitude
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using support tools & platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
π Preferred / Good to Have
- Knowledge or experience in stock market / trading / finance
- Exposure to fintech or investment platforms
- Strong willingness to learn & grow in financial services
(Candidates without finance experience are also welcome β strong communication skills & a positive attitude matter most π)
