Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and clients.
Guide students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
Handle student queries and provide timely support through calls, emails, and messages.
Ensure smooth onboarding and learning experience for students.
Follow up with leads and assist in converting inquiries into enrollments.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and student satisfaction.
Maintain records of student interactions and feedback.
Support retention and engagement activities.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of customer handling and support.
Ability to build strong relationships with students and clients.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Prior internship or experience in customer support, counseling, or client handling is a plus.
