About the job: Customer Success Executive | Jaipur (On-site)
Excellent opportunity to join our fast-growing team as a Customer Success Executive.
At Growspace, we power IoT connectivity for businesses scaling across India - and we're looking for someone who makes sure our customers never feel the friction.
This role is for someone who owns their relationships, thinks on their feet, and takes genuine pride in turning complex telecom and IoT challenges into seamless customer experiences.
🔹 What you'll do:
- Be the single point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise IoT customers
- Manage SIM lifecycle operations end-to-end - activations, suspensions, escalations
- Drive onboarding, retention, and growth conversations
- Keep CRM data clean and SLAs cleaner
🔹 What you bring:
- 1-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations
- Clear, confident communication - written and verbal
- Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Bonus: IoT, M2M, Telecom, or SaaS background
