About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to manage and support US-based clients for our SaaS products. This role requires strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and experience working with international customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer support and success for US clients via calls, emails, and chats
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction
• Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve retention and engagement
Required Skills and Experience
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Success
• Prior experience working with US clients is mandatory
• Background in SaaS or software-based products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in US shifts
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Good to Have
• Experience with CRM tools
• Exposure to healthcare or enterprise SaaS products
• Ability to handle escalations calmly and professionally
