Role Description
As a Customer Success Executive at Doozy Robotics, you will be responsible for handling client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer retention strategies, and providing exceptional customer support. You will oversee account management tasks while offering analytical insights to improve client experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow-ups
- Support pre-sales activities and assist the sales team
- Maintain and update client trackers, reports, and records
- Act as a point of contact for clients and address basic queries
- Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams
- Track customer requirements and ensure proper follow-up
- Assist in onboarding new clients
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify improvement areas
Required Skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in client handling and coordination
- Basic understanding of sales/pre-sales processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel or CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
