We’re Hiring: Customer Success Executive / Account Manager (SaaS) | DigiPanda
DigiPanda is expanding its Customer Success team as we continue scaling our SaaS and AI products across global markets.
We are looking for a Customer Success professional who understands that retention, adoption, and long-term client value are the real drivers of SaaS growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SaaS client relationships end-to-end
- Lead onboarding and ensure successful product adoption
- Drive retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, product, and internal teams
- Resolve client challenges with ownership and strategic thinking
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as churn, LTV, and engagement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with accountability
