Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Executive, based in New Delhi. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention. Key responsibilities include providing proactive customer support, managing customer accounts, analyzing customer needs, and developing tailored solutions to improve client success. While the position primarily requires working from the New Delhi office, there is flexibility for remote work on occasion.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Account Management to address and resolve client concerns with efficiency and care.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data, identifying trends, and offering data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service role is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
