Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive, customer-focused Customer Success Executive to serve as the vital link between our clients and internal teams. This role is all about ensuring client satisfaction, driving retention, and helping clients get the most value from our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Act as the primary contact for client queries, requests, and escalations
- Understand client goals and align them with BTB’s offerings
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates
- Collaborate with business development and internal teams for smooth execution
- Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Drive engagement initiatives to boost satisfaction and retention
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting is a plus
- Experience in B2B environments is a bonus
