What You’ll Do:
At AssessHub, once a deal is almost closed, this role takes over and ensures successful execution.
This role will own:
- Client Requirement Understanding
- Assessment Setup & Customization
- Account Configuration
- Trial & Pilot Execution
- Client Training
- Rollout Support
- Ongoing Account Support
- Internal Coordination
This is NOT a role for:
- Ticket-based support profiles
- Pure backend operations roles
- Non-client-facing execution roles
This role is for someone who can:
- Understand client needs and convert them into execution
- Set up and configure SaaS workflows
- Run pilots and solve implementation gaps
- Train client HR teams confidently
- Handhold clients through rollout and adoption
