Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Executive, based in Chennai. In this position, the Customer Success Executive will oversee client onboarding, provide proactive support, and ensure successful system adoption. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, providing training sessions, monitoring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve services. The executive will act as the liaison between clients and the company, fostering strong relationships to enhance customer success and retention.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Support skills
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of technology platforms, with the ability to train and guide users on digital tools
- Proficiency in data analysis to monitor client performance and satisfaction
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare or technology sector is an added advantage
