Job Title: Customer Success Executive (CSE)

At Ace Analytics, we’re expanding our Customer Success team! If you enjoy working closely with customers, solving problems, and driving product adoption, this role is for you.
You’ll be working on our AI-powered product Chronox AI (chronox.ai), helping clients unlock maximum value and ensuring a seamless experience.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive who will manage customer relationships, ensure smooth onboarding, and drive adoption of Chronox AI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand customer goals and align product usage accordingly
• Drive product adoption and maximize customer value
• Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and business discussions
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Proactively resolve issues and reduce churn
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Support teams
• Track customer health, retention, and satisfaction metrics
• Maintain accurate CRM records
Requirements
• 1–2 years experience in Customer Success / BDE / Client Servicing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Exposure to SaaS or IT services industry
• Technical (coding/IT) background is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in CE / CSE / IT / CS or related field
• Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention strategies
• Experience working with international clients
