We’re Hiring | Customer Experience Advisor (APAC Team)
Location: India
Shift: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM IST (subject to daylight savings)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹3.75 LPA + Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Customer Experience Advisor to join our APAC team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers across the UK, US, Australia, and New Zealand, handling both inbound and outbound interactions. You’ll play a key role in enhancing customer experience, supporting professionals on the platform, and driving revenue through upselling and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for international customers
- Handle inbound & outbound queries via phone, email, and chat
- Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented support
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Assist professionals with platform usage
- Resolve technical queries and share product feedback
- Meet KPIs including CSAT, productivity, and quality metrics
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in international customer support
- Excellent verbal & written English communication
- Experience with tools like Zendesk (preferred)
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
