WE’RE HIRING | BARK SME – Outbound Sales & Seller Activation
Xperteez Technology
Join a fast-paced international sales environment and work closely with business owners across global markets. We are looking for energetic sales professionals with strong communication skills and experience in outbound calling, seller activation, and client engagement.
Location: Not Mentioned
Shift: US Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA Fixed + ₹2.5 LPA Variable

Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales & Cold Calling
Connect with business owners and decision-makers through outbound calls.
Generate interest and build sales opportunities.
Handle objections effectively and maintain engagement.
Meeting Booking & Scheduling
Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain communication pipelines.
Live Selling & Seller Activation
Support seller onboarding and activation processes.
Drive conversion through consultative selling approaches.
Assist sellers throughout activation journeys.
Onboarding & Client Interaction
Conduct onboarding calls with new users/sellers.
Deliver a positive customer experience during setup and activation.
Systems, Process & Data Accuracy
Maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
Update customer interactions and sales activities consistently.
Ensure compliance with defined sales processes.
Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or International Voice Process
Comfortable with cold calling and speaking with business owners
Excellent verbal communication with clear and neutral English
Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversations
Experience using CRM/Ticketing tools (Zendesk experience preferred)
Target-oriented mindset with resilience and persistence
Comfortable working in US/UK aligned shifts
