What You'll Be Doing
- Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end: reproduce bugs, identify root causes, and distinguish between UX friction, LLM edge cases, and system defects
- Debug across a SaaS stack using telemetry, logs, network inspection, and database queries to understand production behaviour
- Triage incoming issues with sound judgment escalating true engineering defects while resolving others via configuration, prompt refinement, or precise user guidance
- Surface systemic patterns and product risks to engineering and product leadership to drive platform improvements
- Create clear documentation and runbooks to reduce repeat issues and accelerate resolution speed
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in debugging and supporting modern web applications (React, Node.js, Flask, Next.js, or equivalent)
- Strong experience working with or building on top of LLMs, generative systems, or agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, prompt chains, chain-of-thought debugging)
- Strong experience communicating technical findings to non-technical users with precision, professionalism, and empathy
- Strong experience in a high-growth technology environment, with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent hands-on startup experience
