Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Brand Technical Specialist for Application Integration products within IBM's Automation Platform, you will act as a technical consultant to IBM clients and sellers by architecting solutions and delivering Proofs of Technology. You will utilize your expertise to design and implement integration solutions that meet clients' needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Architect Solutions: Design and develop tailored solutions for clients using Application Integration products, including API Connect, App Connect, and MQ, to address their unique business challenges and requirements.
- Deliver Proofs of Technology: Collaborate with clients and sellers to deliver Proofs of Technology, showcasing the capabilities and value of Application Integration products in solving real-world problems.
- Provide Technical Consultation: Offer expert technical guidance to clients and sellers on the implementation and usage of Application Integration products, ensuring successful solution delivery and adoption.
- Develop Solution Strategies: Develop and implement solution strategies that align with clients' business objectives, leveraging Application Integration products to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, sellers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the engagement.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Application Integration Products Expertise: Experience with Application Integration products, including API Connect, App Connect, Aspera, Cloud Native Gateway, Cloud Pak for Integration, DataPower, Event Automation, Financial Transactions, Payments & Insights, Hybrid IPaaS, MQ, webMethods API Management, webMethods Data Exchange, webMethods Integration, and WebSphere Service Registry/Repository.
- Solution Architecture Experience: Experience in designing and developing tailored solutions for clients using Application Integration products to address unique business challenges and requirements.
- Technical Consultation Skills: Experience in providing expert technical guidance to clients and sellers on the implementation and usage of Application Integration products.
- Proof of Technology Delivery: Experience in delivering Proofs of Technology, showcasing the capabilities and value of Application Integration products in solving real-world problems.
- Solution Strategy Development: Experience in developing and implementing solution strategies that align with clients' business objectives, leveraging Application Integration products to drive business outcomes.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Cloud Native Gateway Knowledge: Experience with Cloud Native Gateway, including its capabilities and applications in integration solutions. Familiarity with its role in Cloud Pak for Integration and its benefits in modernizing integration architectures.
- Hybrid IPaaS Understanding: Exposure to Hybrid IPaaS, including its features and advantages in integrating applications across multiple environments. Knowledge of its ability to provide a unified integration platform for various deployment models.
- Financial Transactions Expertise: Experience with Financial Transactions, Payments & Insights, including its functionality and applications in financial services integration. Familiarity with its role in enabling secure and reliable transactions.
