Role Description
2 - 3 years of experience. This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Success Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks will include managing customer accounts, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring successful adoption and effective use of TrueGradient’s platform to drive customer outcomes. Collaborating with internal teams to optimize the customer journey will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Engagement and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain productive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations for customers.
- Expertise in Account Management to proactively address client needs and align solutions with business goals.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and provide clear guidance.
- Familiarity with AI-driven or supply chain solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in python, pandas and numpy
