Qualifications1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer SuccessVoice support experience is mandatoryExperience in B2B2C environments is preferredExposure to health insurance/healthcare is an added advantage
Required SkillsAbility to manage high-volume interactionsStrong communication with empathy and patienceOwnership mindset with a proactive approach
Preferred SkillsB2B2C environmentHealth insurance/healthcare domain exposure
Salary Slab 4 to 6 LPA5 days Work From Office (Bangalore), 8-hour rotational shifts (No night shifts), Weekly rotational offs.
