Role Description
The Customer Success Associate (Tech Support & E-Commerce) will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves engaging with customers to address their queries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention. The role also includes managing e-commerce-related inquiries and assisting clients in navigating platforms effectively to meet their requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Retention and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate customer concerns and deliver effective solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
- Basic knowledge or experience in e-commerce platforms is a plus
