Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Associate/Manager, based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, delivering exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships to promote retention. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback and identifying areas for service improvement to provide a superior user experience.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Retention and building long-term client relationships
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer feedback and improve service delivery
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and client management systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, or Account Management
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B client handling will be an added advantage
