The Opportunity:
We are looking for high-caliber interns who are eager to contribute to institutional building. Who are we looking for?
The Client Success Intern will manage the end-to-end post-sales experience for clients on InsightPier. This is a strictly post-sales, high-impact role focused on product adoption, operational excellence, and relationship management. You will ensure new clients are seamlessly integrated, fully operational, and extracting maximum value from the platform.
What will you do with your skills?
- Contribute to the design and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the client success journey.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process after sales handoff, ensuring a smooth transition to active platform usage.
- Conduct walkthroughs and training sessions to ensure clients understand workflows.
- Ensure clients reach their first meaningful outcome on the platform, proactively identifying and removing friction points.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with Marketing and Tech teams when needed.
- Identify recurring challenges in the user journey and suggest structural improvements to the product and documentation.
- Maintain rigorous status updates and track KPIs related to time-to-value and client health.
