Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Associate, located in Jaipur. The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing top-notch support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to retain clients. A key aspect of this role includes analyzing customer needs and feedback to optimize experiences and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and building strong client relationships
- Skilled in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and implementing effective Customer Retention strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in customer success, client services, or support roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
