Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our US Voice Process (Hospitality Domain). The role involves handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for hospitality-related queries.
Provide accurate information regarding bookings, reservations, and services.
Resolve customer concerns effectively within defined timelines.
Maintain high standards of communication and customer service.
Document interactions and update records in CRM systems.
Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
Undergraduate / Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in Hospitality (Mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in US shifts (Rotational).
Versant Score: C1 (Mandatory).
