Qualifications
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Multilingual proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
3. Strong conflict resolution and problem solving abilities.
4. Experience in customer service or customer facing roles.
5. Ability to adapt in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
6. Prior experience in service, operations, or community-oriented environments is preferred.
