🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the go-to person for our learners when they need help, guidance, or a quick solution.
Your day-to-day would include:
- 📞 Resolving learner queries via calls, chats & emails
- 🧠 Helping users navigate our products/services with ease
- 💬 Handling concerns with empathy, patience & professionalism
- ⚡ Ensuring quick and accurate issue resolution
- 🤝 Coordinating with internal teams for faster problem-solving
- 📝 Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
- 📈 Identifying recurring issues & suggesting process improvements
- 📚 Creating and updating support resources/materials
- 🎯 Delivering a top-tier customer experience every single day

- Are a people person with excellent communication skills

- Have strong problem-solving abilities

- 🌍 Multilingual proficiency (major plus in India’s diverse market)
- 💻 Experience with customer support tools/software
- 📞 Prior experience in customer support/customer success
- 📚 Understanding of customer service best practices
- ⏰ Flexibility to work in shifts when needed
