About the Role
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the first line of communication with our users -ensuring their issues are resolved with empathy, clarity, and speed. You’ll work closely with operations, delivery, and kitchen teams to resolve issues and build lasting customer trust in a high-volume environment.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer queries via calls, chat and email
- Resolve issues related to order delays, missing items, delivery concerns and app experience
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and accurate resolutions
- Escalate complex cases while ensuring customers feel heard and valued
- Capture customer feedback and flag recurring issues for improvement
- Support retention and recovery efforts for unhappy customers
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and meet defined SLAs
What You’ll Need
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, success, or helpdesk roles (preferably in food delivery, QSR or e-commerce)
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Patience, empathy and a high ownership mindset to deliver resolutions quickly and thoroughly
- Familiarity with tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom or similar CRMs
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and peak hours
- Startup readiness - agility, resilience and willingness to hustle when needed
