Job Summary:
The Customer Experience Associate role requires excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Responsible for customer interaction via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls throughout the day. Requires problem-solving capability, high customer empathy, and the ability to handle difficult situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end frontline communication with customers across email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Resolve customer queries and issues independently
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the support process
Must Have Skills:
- MS Excel (basic to intermediate level) or other spreadsheet tools
- Some experience in customer service/customer experience
- Problem-solving capability
- Minimum 0.5 years of experience
