Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Associate located in Gurugram. The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention, and addressing inquiries effectively. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing support, resolving issues, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in strategies and practices for improving Customer Retention
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret customer feedback effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
