- Role Snapshot - Customer Success Associate
The candidate will start in a Customer Success capacity. This is the foundation on which they will build their SC skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise client onboarding and day-to-day platform management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Coordinate with internal product, tech, and delivery teams to resolve client needs
- Document client requirements, use cases, and feedback
- Assist in demo preparation and support pre-sales cycles
- Build deep product knowledge across clients' core modules

- Building and presenting product, and solution narratives
- Representing clients in C-suite discussions and strategic client engagements
- Travelling with senior leadership to client meetings and events
