Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Associate for a full-time position. We are looking for a smart and proactive person who will help implement our ERP software at client locations, train users, and ensure smooth adoption of the software. The individual in this role will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success with our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback and usage data to optimize product adoption and the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand Raya ERP software in detail
- Attend client meetings and understand business requirements
- Visit client office and train staff on how to use the software
- Ensure software adoption and help clients during initial usage
- Gather requirements and prepare requirement documents
- Help in preparing proposals and applying for projects on Upwork
- Provide basic customer support and coordinate with the development team
- Assist with general office and operations work when required
Qualifications
- Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English)
- Basic understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts)
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Willingness to travel locally to client locations
- Quick learner and good with people
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate in remote settings
- Experience in customer success or account management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
Salary Range
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills)
