What You’ll Do:
● Assist in managing customer relationships and ensuring they get the most out of our platform.
● Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
● Help track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
● Gain hands-on experience in customer onboarding, training, and support processes.
Required Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA, or any Bachelor’s degree.
● Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members.
● Attention to Detail: Excellent multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
● Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
● Attitude: Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to contributing to a collaborative team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
● Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
● Previous experience or coursework in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus.
● Preferred: Experience in Banking, FinTech, and Renewal/Renewals management is a strong advantage.
