Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Customer Success Associate. The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences by engaging with clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. They will actively contribute to customer satisfaction and retention efforts, provide personalized support, analyze customer feedback to improve services, and help clients succeed in using Optiro AI’s platform to achieve their business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and Customer Retention
- Experience building and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely with a focus on collaboration and adaptability
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
