About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager / Customer Success Representative to ensure the successful onboarding, engagement, and overall satisfaction of our clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for learners, guiding them throughout their educational journey, addressing concerns, and helping them achieve their desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize clients with their enrolled programs and learning journey.
- Provide comprehensive guidance on course structure, milestones, expectations, and success parameters.
- Monitor learner progress regularly to ensure active participation, assignment completion, and session attendance.
- Act as the main point of contact for client support, addressing queries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
- Build strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and overall program success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve learner engagement and drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
- Prior experience in the online education, coaching, or edtech industry will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving measurable results.
- Must own a laptop and be willing to work from our Goregaon West office.
