Role Description:
This is a full-time work from office role as a Customer Success Associate located in Pun.. In this position, you will focus on engaging with clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences, addressing their queries, and ensuring satisfaction with the company’s solutions. You will work on improving customer retention rates through proactive support and will collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer relationships and drive success.
- Contacting and advising interested leads on appropriate insurance products.(Outbound LOB)
Qualifications:
- Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and fostering Customer Satisfaction
- Proven ability in Customer Retention and developing lasting client relationships
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to gather and assess data to enhance decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, or related roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
- Good Comm skills in English & Hindi Must
- Any graduate
