Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for a Customer Success Associate. The role involves managing and enhancing customer relationships, providing effective customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and working on strategies to promote customer retention. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless experience at every stage of their journey with Legitquest.
Qualifications
- Customer engagement and customer satisfaction skills to actively address client concerns and foster positive relationships.
- Customer support and customer retention experience to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer feedback and derive actionable insights for continual improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success or a client-facing role is advantageous.
- Interest or background in the legal industry is a plus.
