We’re Hiring: Customer Experience Advisor
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working with international clients? We’re looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Advisors.
Shift Timing: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM IST
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for customers across the US & Canada
• Assist professionals with product-related queries
• Handle calls and emails with a focus on timely resolution
• Manage and track support tickets via Zendesk
• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
• Identify and drive sales opportunities
• Meet Customer Success KPIs and turnaround time targets
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience handling international customers
• Excellent problem-solving and sales abilities
• Comfortable with computers and typing
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and in teams
