Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Associate. The Customer Success Associate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities will include providing customer support, building long-term relationships to ensure high retention rates, collecting and analyzing feedback to improve the customer experience, and helping clients fully utilize HireVeda’s solutions to achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Customer Retention and building long-term relationships
- Solid Analytical Skills to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Proven experience in a customer success or client-facing role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
