What you’ll do
Customer Support & Relationship Building
• Thoroughly understand customer needs and respond to queries in a timely manner
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships through prompt, warm and proactive communication
• Ensure customers feel heard, supported and taken care of.
Product Understanding & Guidance
• Develop a strong understanding of Dressfolk’s product portfolio (fabrics, weaves, fits, styling, care)
• Share relevant product information with customers to help them make confident purchase decisions
Query Resolution & Cross-functional Coordination
• Handle customer complaints, issues and escalations with maturity and empathy
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, production, logistics) to flag issues and drive closure
• Follow up consistently until resolution is delivered
Professional Skills Required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/customer support
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and a calm, customer-first approach
• High ownership mindset , you don’t “forward”, you “solve”
