Customer Success Associate @ Cooee

We’re looking for someone who can manage customers, solve problems, drive outcomes, and occasionally survive startup chaos.

What you'll do:
🚀 Onboard and guide ecommerce brands toward success
🚀 Build strong customer relationships (without sounding robotic)
🚀 Monitor customer health, identify risks, and solve issues proactively
🚀 Work closely with product, tech, founders, and internal teams
🚀 Translate customer feedback into action and improvements
🚀 Help brands get real value, not just dashboards and reports
You’ll fit in if you:
✔ Have 1+ year experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Customer Operations
✔ Communicate clearly, confidently, and like a human
✔ Love solving problems and figuring things out
✔ Can manage multiple moving pieces without panic, refreshing Slack
✔ Enjoy working in fast-moving startup environments
