We're hiring our first Customer Success Associate at Aiwah Labs. 🚀
Aiwah Labs helps businesses get smarter with AI. We work with companies to find where AI can take real work off their plate, then we build and ship the solution that does it. Delivery is where we start, not where we stop, and that is exactly what this role owns. As our first hire into this function, you'll be the one setting up how we do it.
We need someone who owns what happens after we ship:
• Making sure clients actually adopt what we built
• Making sure it gets used every day
• Making sure the results we promised show up in their numbers
• Being the one clear person clients talk to whenever something needs tuning
This is a junior, fully remote position open to candidates across India. Years of experience and a technical degree are optional.
What matters is:
• Genuine curiosity about AI
• The drive to learn how the systems we build actually work
• Being the kind of person clients trust because you're organised, responsive, and straight with them
What you'd actually do:
• Onboard new clients
• Run regular check-ins and track whether each system is doing its job
• Turn client feedback into clear notes for the build team
• Watch how each system performs in the client's day-to-day and flag improvements back to the team
• Notice where a client could get more value
• Keep every account moving so nothing slips
