About the Role
At Wyzard.ai, we are building The Signal-to-Revenue AI — helping B2B companies capture buyer intent signals and turn them into revenue through AI-powered engagement across email, LinkedIn, chat and voice.
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to support customers running AI-driven ABM campaigns on Wyzard’s platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, staying organized, and learning how modern AI SaaS companies scale customer success.

What You’ll Do
- Support customer onboarding and account setup
- Monitor customer health, engagement, and campaign activity
- Handle customer communication over email and Slack
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams on customer issues
- Help create customer reports and campaign performance summaries
- Maintain CRM updates, account notes, and action items
- Support Senior CSMs during reviews, renewals, and ongoing account management
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS support roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Customer-first mindset with strong ownership
- Interest in AI, SaaS, B2B marketing, or outbound workflows
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, or project management tools is a plus
