📍 Bangalore | Work from Office | Customer Success Associate Role
At Nexxio, we help consumer brands manage their sales and distribution operations more efficiently through our SaaS platform — giving them better visibility, control, and execution across their field teams and dealer networks.
We’re looking for someone who can handle clients across support, training, and adoption; and ensure they actively use the product and get value from it.

🧩 About the Role
As a Customer Success Associate (CSA) at Nexxio, your primary focus is to ensure customers successfully use our product in their day-to-day business.
You will work closely with clients to:
- Help them understand the product
- Setup the product for their business
- Train their teams
- Solve their issues
- Ensure consistent product usage and adoption

👇 What you'll be doing
- Handle client support queries
- Conduct product training sessions
- Work with clients to improve product usage and adoption
- Do regular follow-ups to drive engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Learn and master Nexxio products to guide clients effectively
- Support onboarding, retention, and data-related activities
🎯 What we're looking for
- 1–2 years prior experience in Customer Success / Support / Client Handling
- Strong English & Hindi language communication (must-have)
- Comfortable taking client calls and conducting training sessions
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data handling and reporting
- Basic understanding of Customer Success lifecycle (onboarding to retention)
- Exposure to ERP systems like Tally, SAP (basic understanding)
- Exposure to SaaS / B2B clients is a plus
- Someone who takes ownership and follows up without reminders
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA / BCom / BSc / BCA or similar preferred, not mandatory)

- Work from Office (Bangalore)
- Timings: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
