Job Title : Customer Success Associate – Insurance (Health, Motor & Life)
Location : Kharadi, Pune (On-site) | Full time
Salary: Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC and Experienced: Up to ₹31,000 CTC
Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)

Customer Success Associates to join a dynamic team in
Kharadi, Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and candidates with some experience in insurance, sales, or customer service to learn, grow, and make a real impact by helping customers find the right insurance solutions.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year in insurance, sales, or customer service
- Language: Excellent English and Hindi (mandatory). Knowledge of regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya, or Assamese is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions (Health, Motor, Life)
- Communicate product benefits, features, and pricing clearly
- Build rapport and ensure a positive customer experience
- Achieve sales and service targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
- Stay updated on products, policies, and industry regulations
Candidate Profile
- Neutral accent, strong grammar, and pronunciation
- Comfortable in a target-driven role
- Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
