We are hiring enthusiastic Customer Success Associates to join a dynamic team in Kharadi, Pune . This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and candidates with some experience in insurance, sales, or customer service to learn, grow, and make a real impact by helping customers find the right insurance solutions. Eligibility: Qualification: Graduate (any discipline) Experience: Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year in insurance, sales, or customer service Language: Excellent English and Hindi (mandatory). Knowledge of regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya, or Assamese is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions (Health, Motor, Life) Communicate product benefits, features, and pricing clearly Build rapport and ensure a positive customer experience Achieve sales and service targets Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups Stay updated on products, policies, and industry regulations Candidate Profile: Neutral accent, strong grammar, and pronunciation Comfortable in a target-driven role Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Selection Process: HR Round Versant Assessment (Level 6) Written Assessment Operations Round Client Round Note: No cab facility or travel allowance is provided.
