🚀 Hiring: Customer Success & Operations Intern (AI Startup)
We’re building AI sales agents at TailorTalk that help businesses automate conversations and convert leads into customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, and more.
Looking for someone who wants to learn how real businesses operate, not just do a “support role”.
💼 What you’ll do:
• Onboard new customers and set up their AI agents
• Talk to customers, understand their use case, and help them go live
• Solve real issues (product, integration, communication)
• Work closely with founder, sales, and tech team
• Identify common problems and improve how we onboard customers
• Get exposure to product, sales, and operations
🎯 Who this is for:
• Final year student / recent grad
• Strong communication skills (very important)
• Comfortable talking to customers on call/WhatsApp
• Curious, proactive, and takes ownership
• Interested in startups, AI, product, or business
⚠️ This is NOT for you if:
• You’re looking for a passive/support-only role
• You don’t like talking to people or solving problems
• You need very structured, repetitive work
