About the Role:
Are you interested in understanding a customer's problem deeply before looking for solutions?
If yes, keep reading!
At KJBN Labs, we're building RAITHU, a technology platform that helps agribusinesses orchestrate complex operations across the agriculture ecosystem.
Our customers manage operations spanning thousands of farmers. Behind every request lies a business process, an operational challenge, and an opportunity to do something better.
We need someone who can connect those dots.
Someone who understands businesses, speaks the language of technology, solves problems, and knows that the right solution isn't always the one the customer initially asks for.
You'll work directly with the Founders, customers, Product and Engineering teams. You'll own problems, shape solutions, influence what we build, and identify opportunities to create more value for our customers and our business.
What you'll own:
1. Understand the Business, not just the requirement
Get to the heart of how a customer operates, map their processes, and identify the real problem behind what they're asking for—even when you're entering an unfamiliar domain.
2. Turn business problems into technology solutions
Bridge business and technology. Translate customer workflows and requirements into clear solution designs that Product and Engineering can act on, considering feasibility, scalability, and business impact.
3. Own solutions from discovery to delivery
Lead customer discussions, evaluate possible approaches, coordinate with internal teams, and drive solutions through implementation and adoption, ensuring they deliver the intended outcome.
4. Think beyond the immediate ask
Challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and explore better ways of solving problems. Distinguish between a one-off customer request and an opportunity to build a reusable capability.
5. Connect solutions to business growth
Understand the commercial value behind customer needs. Build a case for new opportunities, identify expansion and cross-sell potential, and work with the Founders and Business teams to turn solutions into growth.
6. Build as You Go
Help build KJBN's Customer Success and Solutions function—developing the processes, ways of working, and customer relationships needed to scale.
You might our kind of person if:
- You enjoy understanding how businesses work, not just how software works.
- You can connect customer workflows and business problems to technology solutions.
- You think about business value, commercial impact, and the effort required to deliver a solution.
- You can work across customers, Product, Engineering and Business teams without waiting for someone else to drive things forward.
- You're curious enough to learn a new domain and resourceful enough to work through ambiguity.
- You want ownership, direct Founder exposure, and the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
- Experience in solution consulting, presales, implementation, business analysis, or a similar B2B technology role is useful, but what matters most is how you think and the problems you've learned to solve.
- Deep experience in one industry is valuable. The ability to understand a new one quickly is equally important.
