PyjamaHR is an AI-powered hiring platform used by hundreds of companies to manage recruitment, candidates, jobs, interviews, and hiring workflows.
We are looking for a sharp, AI-native graduate to join our customer success team. This is not a typical support role where you copy-paste replies all day. You will work directly with customers, understand their hiring workflows, solve problems, improve onboarding, create help content, and use AI tools aggressively to make customer success faster, smarter, and more scalable.
This role is ideal for someone who is early in their career but hungry to learn SaaS, startups, customer success, AI tools, product operations, and business.
What You’ll Do
You will help PyjamaHR customers get maximum value from the platform.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Customer Support & Success
- Handle customer queries across chat, email, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Help customers understand and use PyjamaHR features like job posting, candidate management, resume parsing, interviews, workflows, reports, and integrations.
- Debug customer issues by understanding the problem clearly before escalating to product or engineering.
- Follow up with customers until issues are fully resolved.
- Support customers during onboarding and help them set up their hiring workflows correctly.
- Identify customers who may be stuck, inactive, confused, or at risk of churning.
AI-Powered Support Operations
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, Loom, and internal tools to respond faster and better.
- Convert repeated customer questions into help articles, videos, FAQs, SOPs, and templates.
- Create internal support playbooks so future issues can be solved faster.
- Use AI to summarize customer conversations, extract action items, draft replies, and identify patterns.
- Help build a more automated, self-serve customer support system.
Product Feedback & Ops
- Track recurring customer pain points and convert them into clear product feedback.
- Work with product and engineering teams to explain bugs, feature requests, and customer confusion.
- Test new features from a customer’s perspective.
- Help improve onboarding flows, help docs, tutorials, and product messaging.
- Spot gaps where customers are not understanding the product and help fix them.
Who You Are

- Smart, curious, and extremely comfortable with technology.
- Very good at written and spoken English.
- Comfortable talking to customers on calls.
- Naturally organized and good at following up.
- Able to understand software products quickly.
- Comfortable using AI tools daily.
- High-agency: you don’t wait to be spoon-fed every task.
- Patient with customers, but not passive.
- Good at explaining things simply.
- Excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong written English.
- Clear verbal communication.
- Comfort with tools like ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Notion, Loom, CRMs, or ticketing systems.
- Ability to learn a SaaS product deeply.
- Basic problem-solving ability.
- Ownership mindset.
Great-to-Have Skills
- Prior internship in customer support, sales, operations, HR tech, SaaS, or startups.
- Experience making documentation, SOPs, help videos, or process notes.
- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Interest in recruitment, HR, SaaS, AI, or startups.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or product workflows.
What Success Looks Like
- In your first 30 days, you understand PyjamaHR deeply and can answer most common customer questions.
- In 60 days, you are independently handling support conversations, onboarding calls, and follow-ups.
- In 90 days, you have improved our support system by creating FAQs, SOPs, AI-assisted workflows, and better escalation processes.
- Long term, you become someone who not only solves customer problems but also helps us build a smarter, AI-powered customer success function.
