Hiring: Customer Success (Analytics & Compliance) – Remote (US Hours)
We’re looking for a customer-obsessed, technically strong Customer Success leader to join our growing team and work directly with enterprise clients across marketing analytics and privacy compliance.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll own the full customer lifecycle while working at the intersection of analytics, tagging, and data privacy.
About the Role:
Full-time, remote role aligned with US (ET) working hours
Work closely with enterprise customers across industries
Own relationships end-to-end: onboarding → adoption → retention → growth
- Partner with customer teams across marketing, analytics, and engineering
What You’ll Do:
Customer Ownership
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Drive onboarding, product adoption, and long-term success
- Lead renewal conversations and identify expansion opportunities
Analytics & Compliance Guidance
Work with tools like Google Tag Manager, analytics platforms, and tracking systems
- Help customers ensure accurate data collection and compliance with privacy standards
- Identify gaps in implementation and guide teams toward best practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams
- Partner with product, engineering, and support to resolve issues and improve outcomes
- Advocate for customer needs and influence product direction
Process & Scale
- Help build and refine Customer Success processes and playbooks
- Maintain strong account visibility, health tracking, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
Required :
Experience with analytics and tagging tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, analytics platforms)
Strong ability to manage multiple complex customer relationships
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
Preferred
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting
Exposure to data privacy / compliance concepts
- Experience working with enterprise customers
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and communication
