Responsibilities: Manage and deliver support services Execute the Implementation/Support Services as per the defined processes Get Milestone Sign offs in a timely manner on the implementation and support Ensure Accounts Receivable for the respective accounts is efficient and achieved as per the Invoicing Schedule
Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage
