We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Service Delivery, Operations, or Customer Experience
- Strong leadership experience managing large teams
- Expertise in building scalable service models
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience in high-growth/startup environments preferred
- Exposure to rural markets, field operations, agri-tech, or impact-driven sectors is a plus
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale a world-class post-sales/customer success model
- Lead large distributed field/service teams
- Design customer engagement and retention strategies
- Work closely with product & technology teams to improve customer journeys
- Develop KPI-driven systems focused on customer outcomes, NPS & operational efficiency
- Create feedback loops and continuous improvement frameworks
- Drive customer-centric culture across the organization
